Meet Leah
'My path into these sciences wasn’t academic at first — it was survival.
In 2016, I lost my partner in a sudden and tragic avalanche accident. Grief opened a long season of imbalance that slowly wore down both my body and spirit. By 2021, I was deeply unwell and misdiagnosed with PCOS and hypothyroidism. The medication that followed sent my hormones and emotions into chaos, affecting every part of my life. It felt like nothing was going right, and that I was disappearing into the plot line of other people's stories. I truly wanted to give up.
After almost a year of working with several doctors and detoxing on my own, a close friend encouraged me to go to India for a Panchakarma. I was desperate and so I listened. In August 2023, I traveled to India for my first Āyurvedic healing retreat — and stayed long enough to complete my 200hr training in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. What began as a health journey, soon became a doorway into a completely new way of life.
Through teaching over the following year, I discovered the steadying power of breathwork and how to sustain a balanced parasympathetic nervous system. By June 2024, I was off all medication and healthier than I had been in my entire life. Āyurveda and Yoga didn’t just treat my symptoms — they restored balance, clarity, and a sense of self I’d been searching for since adolescence.
I returned to India in late 2024 for deeper studies in Himalayan Kundalini Kriya and advanced Āyurveda. Currently living in Taiwan, I continue my education in Jyotish and Traditional Chinese Medicine, weaving together the oldest living systems of healing in the world.
My work exists for anyone who feels they’ve “tried everything” and still doesn’t feel like themselves. Often, small, aligned lifestyle shifts can create life-changing transformation. These traditions helped me rebuild my health, my inner stability, and excitement for life — it’s my intention to help others experience the same.'
